2. Service Description

Cruise Control CLT provides an on-demand golf cart transportation service within designated areas of Charlotte, NC (Downtown, Noda, Southend). Our services include booking rides for general transportation and specialized travel to and from local events, bars, and customizable destinations within the designated areas set by Cruise Control CLT. We aim to offer a convenient, eco-friendly, and enjoyable travel experience. 

3. User Accounts

  • To use certain features of the service, you may be required to create a user account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Golf Cart Express cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

4. Use of the Service

  • You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book a ride or travel to events through our service. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • You agree to abide by all local laws and regulations regarding golf cart operation and passenger conduct while using our service in Charlotte, NC.

5. Payments and Cancellations

  • Fares for rides will be calculated based on factors such as distance, time, and demand, and will be presented to you before confirming your booking.

  • You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of the service.

  • Cancellation policies will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Fees may apply for late cancellations.

6. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Cruise Control CLT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Cruise Control CLT does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • In no event shall Cruise Control CLT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Cruise Control CLT's website, even if Cruise Control CLT or a Cruise Control CLT authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
